Bank Counsel Division Membership
The Bank Counsel Division (“BCD”) is designed to provide attorneys, who represent banks, with information vital to bank health and profitability and offers the following to its members:
- Monthly publication addressing issues important to Kentucky bankers, Kentucky Bankers Magazine;
- Periodic KBA legislative, legal and regulatory updates, as well as protective bulletins;
- Educational programs developed specifically for bank attorneys, eligible for CLE credits;
- Statewide directory of BCD members, which is distributed to Kentucky bank CEO’s;
- Opportunity to participate in programs with KBA bank members and to share information with other BCD members; and
- Access to KBA endorsed products and services.
