Southwest Financial Services, LTD offers a number of services to our members. Specifically, we have endorsed them for flood certification services for a number of years. Southwest is also in the Appraisal Management Company business. Although no law requires banks to use AMC's, we encourage you to look at their services if you are interested in outsourcing that function.
