Each of these workshops will help branch managers and supervisors recognize the special challenges of their jobs and encourage them to develop and practice sound management techniques. Price is $259 per person/per session. SERIES DISCOUNT: Register for 3 sessions $700; register for all 4 sessions $800.

Those who attend 3 of 4 sessions receive the Kentucky Bankers Association’s Branch Management Certificate. Each one of these four workshops is designed to stand alone so you may attend single sessions as well.

The presenter is Susan Mullineaux, President of Mullineaux Management Services of Lexington. Prior to starting the consulting practice in 1997, she held leadership roles in both community and regional bank organizations. She has served on the faculty of the International Banking Summer School, the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado, the Bank Marketing School and the KBA’s General Banking School.
