In order to assist KBA members in the promotion of financial education, the KBA offers the opportunity for our members to purchase My Savings Book & Journal. It is the hope of the KBA that banks across the Commonwealth will utilize this resource as a tool to foster financial awareness among the youth in the communities you serve.

My Savings Book & Journal (written for children in elementary and junior high school) can be customized with your bank logo for free.

Inspire a child to learn more about banking and how to save:

• As they open an account in your lobby;
• When they visit the community library as a result of your donation;
• Donate to local school districts or hospitals;
• Distribute in *April for official National Financial Literacy Month and for "Teach Children to Save Day" and in October for "Get Smart About Credit Day".
