HOW DO I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE KBA ONLINE DIRECTORY?
Bank Members have full access to all the information on the KBA Online Directory at no charge; Sign In with your kybanks.com username and password. Associate Members, Endorsed Vendors and Bank Counsel Division need to subscribe. Email Michelle Madison email@example.com

If you are a KBA member use your kybanks.com username and password to sign in to those areas marked with a padlock icon. All other KBA Directory sections do not require a login.
WHY DO I GET ACCESS DENIED?
You need a KBA Directory subscription. Non-bank members (KBA Associate, KBA Associate and Endorsed, and Bank Counsel Division members) require a subscription to access the INSTITUTIONS section of the KBA Directory.
WHEN ARE FINANCIAL UPDATED?
Financials are updated on a bi-annual schedule, 45 days after fiscal and calendar years end.
WHEN ARE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS UPDATED?
At minimum members are contacted annually and provided a member report that lists the contacts, directors, and locations. Annually this is sent by email to a directory update contact. Members Services also provides a profile report during bank visits with primary contacts.
HOW DOES KBA COLLECT OFFICER AND DIRECTORS NAMES?
KBA member services travels the Commonwealth meeting with primary contacts at each of our members. During these visits, KBA provides a member profile allowing members to review key contacts, Directors and location information. KBA uses the member profile to update the member bank information that is viewable on this site. Member Profiles are also emailed annually to the KBA Directory Contact at each member giving you an opportunity to review and update the information.
