In-Person Banking In A COVID-19 World - RECORDING

**Recording of webinar with power point presentation and CDC Flowchart that was referenced during the live webinar. **

During these unprecedented times, Kentucky banks and bankers were appropriately deemed “essential” and have been authorized to continue to provide vital services to their customers and their communities.

Nonetheless, many of you elected to limit how you provided those essential services by temporarily suspending in-person and in-lobby interactions out of an abundance of caution and in consideration of the safety and well-being of your customers, employees and communities as a whole.

However, as the Governor considers instituting “healthy at work” rules and guidelines, we understand that many of your customers will demand - and you are eager to provide - more in-person interactions.

For those of you who did not suspend in-person interactions with your customers, or for those of you who are considering resuming those interactions, Kentucky banks and bankers must strategize and have a plan in place to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers and their employees.
