Participants will gain the knowledge to start to think differently about how to map and design a complete customer experience.

From I-64E, take exit 19B for I-265 Gene Snyder North. Take exit 27 for Middletown/ Shelbyville Road exit and turn right on Shelbyville Road. Go about .8 miles to South Beckley Station Road; turn right on South Beckley Station Road (at IGA gas station/Subway). Continue on S. Beckley Station Rd for about 1.7 miles and turn into the Beckley Creek Park entrance on your left. At stop sign, take a right and proceed to Creekside Center parking lot on your right. Gheens Foundation Lodge is the building at the back of the parking lot where Creekside Center & the playground area are located.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 29 days and 10 days prior to the event will be charged a $50 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event. Substitutions are always welcome and encouraged. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in written format prior to the event.
