Safety Strategies for Frontline Staff to Address Everchanging Threats

The opportunity to serve your customers includes some of the most professional and rewarding moments in providing for the financial needs of your community. Unfortunately, some of the risks associated with working in a public workspace is the threat that some of the perils in the community make their way into your branch. Being alert to the subtle red flags of suspicious behavior during interactions prior to an event can provide for enhanced customer service, and opportunities to "see" red flags of future potential violent acts. In this newly developed program, the Kentucky Bankers Association has partnered with The Rechel Group, Inc. to provide a new and proactive approach to teller skill sets to deal with today's threats.
