The purpose of this program is to provide bankers with a thorough understanding of the key elements of the commercial borrower's cash flow and relate these elements to the requirements of safe and sound loan structure.

The primary purpose of this program is to provide the resources necessary to ensure both the bank's lending and collateral position as well as the health of the commercial borrower's balance sheet.

There will be no refund for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event. Substitutions are always welcome and encouraged. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in written format prior to the event.

Mike has been an Executive Officer in Banks with assets ranging from$13 million to $6 billion. Mike has extensive knowledge in Credit, Strategic Planning, Operations, Management Reviews, Commercial Lending and Problem Bank Workouts. Mike has served on the faculty of Bank Lending Schools and Bank Management Schools, in Missouri, New Mexico, Iowa, Kentucky and the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado.
