One day conference providing four tracks, designed to enable bankers to determine which best suits them while providing great networking opportunities. Select one of the four tracks for the day.

Banking Summit Track 1: CFO
This track will explore topics that affect those in the financial sector of the institutions. Sessions include accounting updates, asset liability management, profitable growth strategies, and much more.

Banking Summit Track 2: Retail Banking
This track is designed to support those needs of current retail leaders. Drexler Consulting follows PSI’s “Tell, Show, Do” method where you will learn through real-world examples, case studies, group discussion, and practical application of concepts taught.  The retail banking track is for Retail Banking Managers, Retail Department Managers, or up and coming retail team members.

Banking Summit Track 3: Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity concerns affect virtually every sector of institutions; however, those that deal with information security and information technology will gain robust knowledge. Topics will include information technology risk assessment, cyberattack mitigation, penetration testing strategies, artificial intelligence and regulatory concerns.

Banking Summit Track 4: Bank Operations
These sessions explore topics affecting the institution's operations. Topics include managing organizational change, compensation, improving efficiency, and managing customer relationships.

Education Alliance Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are always welcome and encouraged. All cancellations and substitutions request must be submitted in writing prior to the event.

KBA Seminar Registration can be cancelled 30 days prior to the event date and receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 29 days and 10 days prior to the event will be charged a $50 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event.

KBA Schools Applicants can withdraw from a KBA School 10 days prior to the 1st day of the school for a refund minus a $150 cancellation fee. There is no refund if an applicant withdraws after the deadline or if applicant fails to attend the school, with the exception of extenuating circumstances. Due to commitments and expenses we cannot reverse, such as: handouts, food, beverages, room rentals, speaker fees, etc.; even extenuating circumstances will require partial refunds because of these expenses.
