President Trump Signs CRA on Overdraft Invalidating Rule

President Trump signed into law the Congressional Review Act resolution (CRA) to overturn the CFPB’s overdraft final rule. With the President’s signature, the rule has been invalidated, and a future administration cannot issue a new rule that is in “substantially the same form” as the invalidated rule.
