In 1994, Brian and Marla Hill launched Bank OnHold/OnHold Worx. The company started by offering on-hold messaging to the financial services industry.

Since then, the organization has grown to offer an entire suite of digital cross-promotional technologies, from on-hold messaging to video services, overhead music, touch screens and outdoor signage. Our services can be found in 4,500 businesses across the country.

The company changed its name to Works24 in 2010 to reflect its expanded offerings.
