Subpoenas and garnishments are one of the largest operational challenges for all financial institutions. We often hear questions like: Is this valid? What do we do with this? What should we be doing to ensure compliance? This course will be interactive with real life examples of the proper processes for treating garnishment and subpoenas and will answer any questions you may have about these challenging court orders. Tim is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee and is undefeated as first chair in jury trials. Prior to joining the KBA, Tim was a partner at the law firms of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs and Morgan Pottinger McGarvey and Senior Vice President of Litigation at Limestone Bank.

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 29 days and 10 days prior to the event will be charged a $50 processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event. Substitutions are always welcome and encouraged. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in written format prior to the event.
